You can only apply to one graduate programme during this recruitment cycle for roles starting in September 2026.
We’ll invite you to take an online assessment so we can find out more about you.
If you are successful in the online assessment, you’ll be invited to take part in a video interview.
We’ll ask you pre recorded questions to find out more about you and your motivations for working with us.
After completing your video interview, we’ll review your application. If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an assessment centre at our Head Office in Yeovil.

In commercial, you’ll help drive growth, build strong supplier partnerships, and spot new opportunities to stay ahead of customer needs. From sourcing great-value tools and workwear to expanding our plumbing and electrical ranges, we think and work like entrepreneurs, always looking for smarter ways to deliver the best products at the best prices. You’ll gain hands-on experience in negotiation, market analysis, and strategic decision-making, all while helping us keep millions of customers on task, on time, and on budget.
Marketing at Screwfix brings together insight, creativity, and campaign delivery to power one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers. As part of the team, you’ll get hands-on experience across all areas of marketing, from shaping strategy to executing campaigns, all while building valuable expertise and transferable skills. Every project you work on will make a real impact on our success and help you grow into a confident marketing professional.
Our Supply Chain & Logistics team is the backbone of Screwfix. From planning stock, managing suppliers, and optimising delivery to keep our promise of 100% availability and customer satisfaction. As part of the team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and process improvement, all while helping us deliver for millions of customers across the UK.
Our award-winning Digital & Data teams power Screwfix’s omnichannel success, creating seamless customer experiences, driving growth, and harnessing our incredibly rich customer data to make smarter decisions across the whole organisation. We’re always experimenting and pushing boundaries to stay ahead in a fast-changing retail landscape. As part of the team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas including customer analytics, digital marketing, web development, loyalty and CRM, all while helping us deliver the best experiences for millions of Screwfix customers.
'After finishing my Music & Philosophy degree, I started looking around for a graduate job locally. I came across the Screwfix Ecommerce Graduate Scheme and was lucky enough to be accepted into the role. For the next two years I spent time in each of the teams within Ecommerce, gaining experience in a breadth of different roles. This opportunity was really beneficial as someone who was new to the working world, as I was able to explore multiple jobs in a short timeframe. After the scheme came to an end, expressed my interest in becoming a permanent member of the Performance Marketing team and was lucky enough to be accepted. Since then, I have worked as a Paid Search Specialist and am still reaping the benefits of all the experience I gained when I was in the Graduate Scheme.'
