Colleagues completed more than 26,000 hours of Digital Learning Modules last year, and over 200 finished apprenticeships that promoted them to Assistant or Branch Manager. When you consider our rapid growth, it’s no wonder we’re in a great place to offer long, fulfilling and sustainable employment. We opened 70 new stores and recruited 5,751 people last year. And we’re nowhere near done yet.
