We’re the traders behind the tradespeople; the nuts and bolts behind the DIY. From power tools to workwear, cables to pipe fittings, we offer over 11,000 products across 750+ stores. And as the first trade stockists to trial an order-and-collect service, we’re as committed to online innovation as we are to brick-and-mortar success. Our online catalogue houses 32,000 products and counting.
But what really spurs us on is our customers. Whether we’re helping a Plumber source a pipe wrench or a parent with their ambitious home project, we don’t just sell great products: we advise and help people to get their jobs done quickly and affordably. Our ‘Voice of the Customer’ and Net Promoter scores are some of the best in the country. So if you’re as passionate about customer experience as we are, you’ll fit right in.

And with our commitment to internal training and progression, we’re somewhere that people stay long term. Colleagues completed more than 26,000 hours of Digital Learning Modules last year, and over 200 finished apprenticeships that promoted them to Assistant or Branch Manager. When you consider our rapid growth, it’s no wonder we’re in a great place to offer long, fulfilling and sustainable employment. We opened 70 new stores and recruited 5,751 people last year. And we’re nowhere near done yet.
