At the conference this year we launched our Inclusion Network, 'Us'.

Us enables colleagues to connect, share ideas and work collaboratively to improve working lives for everyone at Screwfix. Our network is made up of colleagues from across the business who are passionate about helping to build a diverse and inclusive workplace – they are true ambassadors for diversity & inclusion. They want to be a part of helping to create an accepting, inclusive and educated culture to allow all colleagues to feel their true selves, at their best and able to reach their potential.

Through a range of communication, our Inclusion Ambassadors will help to promote a truly inclusive workplace and help to shape, share and bring our inclusion plan to life.
