Our network enables colleagues to connect, share ideas and work collaboratively to improve working lives for everyone at Screwfix. Us is made up of colleagues from across the business who are passionate about helping to build a diverse and inclusive workplace – true Ambassadors for Diversity & Inclusion.

The network has the full support of our Board and Leadership teams, ensuring it will play a huge part in helping to create an accepting, inclusive and educated culture. Us will allow all of us to feel our true selves, at our best and able to reach our potential.
