I’m Lucie! I might just have one of the most unconventional entrance stories to Screwfix you've heard. Picture this: I moved into the Screwfix world at the ripest stage of pregnancy – yep, a whopping 8 months pregnant! Fast forward a few months and here I am, steering the ship of Screwfix's recruitment team.

Now, I'm back in action after my maternity leave, embracing the full-throttle world of work once more, and let me tell you, it feels like coming home. The sense of community here at Screwfix is something else.
