From influencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic programmes, to shaping policy, governance and engagement across the business, this role sits at the centre of making real, measurable progress happen.

You’ll also lead a specialist team spanning carbon, packaging, responsible sourcing and sustainability coordination, helping turn ambitious goals into practical outcomes for our business, customers and communities.

  • Partner with Kingfisher Responsible Business teams to shape and deliver group Responsible Business policies and banner requirements locally.
  • Share sustainability performance reporting, providing clear progress updates to Kingfisher, internally across Screwfix, and through external disclosures.
