They manage the end-to-end construction of all new Screwfix sites, from conception to launch and beyond. And they work in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business to design, build, fill, transform and launch stores. The Property Team is responsible for launching new stores and looking after the existing estate through maintenance and projects. There is a great variation of roles across the department and people quickly become experts in their own field. All our roles form part of a journey for a new store and everybody contributes so delivering results is a team effort. It’s a busy, focused department where everyone is driven by the same goal and works together to achieve it.
