Key responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Retail Media Operations team, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard for our vendor partners.
- Manage day-to-day media operations – ensuring every campaign is briefed, approved, and deployed correctly and on time.
- Drive yield optimisation across our on-site adtech platform – tracking performance, floor prices, and pricing strategy.
- Work closely with the Retail Media Lead to define yearly goals, priorities, and success measures to grow our Retail Media income stream.
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Digital, and channel leads to ensure smooth planning and delivery.
- Own the financial reporting and invoicing process, ensuring everything is accurate and paid on time.
- Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and SLAs to keep things running efficiently.
- Coach and develop your team, providing feedback, guidance, and opportunities to learn and grow.
Required skills & experience
What we’re looking for
- Network establishment; this role requires strong internal and external stakeholder engagement to align on media propositions and ensure SLA’s are defined and maintained
- Previous experience in a similar or adjacent role in a Retail Media network is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of the ad technology space within Retail Media, with huge appetite to learn and build networks in the space
- Highly organised, able to juggle the various demands of stakeholders both internal and external

Interviews may be held on the phone or over video chat, followed by a visit to store to meet the team.
