Packed with features based on customer feedback, the app has an entirely new native user experience to help customers find and order the products they need as quickly as possible from the omnichannel retailer’s 33,000 product range.

 

Screwfix has launched its new and improved app, packed with features based on customer feedback.

The new In-store Check-in feature allows customers who’ve placed a Click & Collect order to notify their local store when they’ve arrived to collect. Another new feature allows customers to build their basket in the app, generate a QR code and complete their purchase in-store.

Customers can now see stock availability throughout their journey, including stock levels in their six closest local stores.

The app also includes instant access to a customer’s Screwfix card to ensure they can always access the right account quickly when in-store.
