The Property Team is responsible for launching new stores and looking after the existing estate through maintenance and projects. There is a great variation of roles across the department and people quickly become experts in their own field. All our roles form part of a journey for a new store and everybody contributes so delivering results is a team effort. It’s a busy, focused department where everyone is driven by the same goal and works together to achieve it.
2021 in numbers
Amidst difficult circumstances, we’re proud to say that 2021 was one of our best years yet. We opened 70 new stores, recruited 5751 people to our team, welcomed 8,000 new customers, and established a presence in France!
