As our Quality Development Manager, you’ll coordinate and deliver projects that enhance our performance, reduce our costs and ensure our customers are nothing short of delighted every time.

Let’s hammer out the detail

Developing the quality of our products, processes and systems will be your remit in this brand new role. With the sharpest analytical eye, you’ll identify every last improvement opportunity and will put forward the most compelling business case to get it signed off. It’s about convincing stakeholders that we can reduce costs, make our products better, make us more compliant and give our proposition some real oomph in the market. So, you’ll work hand-in-hand not only with QA but also with our Returns function, to see what we’re doing brilliantly and what challenges we need to face up to and address.

You are…

·An experienced Quality Manager, ideally with a commercial background

·Seasoned in process development and continuous improvement

·Likely to have either Green Belt – or, ideally, Black Belt – Lean Six Sigma experience

·Probably from a retail product background

·Someone that has previous project management experience

·An inspirational leader and team player with great interpersonal skills

·Focused not just on the quality of the products, but the team that delivers them, too

·As comfortable communicating with senior management as the shop floor team

·Able to quickly assess data and present your findings comfortably and confidently using MS Office
