As a Market Manager for our Landscaping and Outdoor ranges, you’ll develop and deliver a winning trading strategy that’s going to make sure our name and products are known. And bought. Let’s hammer out the detail

By combining our customer data with market insights, you’ll set a customer-focused trading plan that positions our superb Landscape and Outdoor ranges in the best possible light. It means you’ll contribute to everything from the pricing strategy, to setting availability and stock expectations, product nominations, POS and marketing. You’ll then analyse sales reports, track KPIs, review performance and adapt your strategy accordingly. You’ll also work with external suppliers and the broader Kingfisher buying teams to optimise our profits and promotion range. In fact, you’ll use every tactic you can to drive sales and increase profitability. That’s because you believe in our range. And you want others to.

You are…

·A Commercial Trader by profession

·You have experience in a Buying role

·What you don’t know about sales channels, sales management, seasonality and price perceptions isn’t worth knowing about

·You have great Excel and Powerpoint skills

·Financially astute, you’re self-motivated, self-aware, confident and are always looking to challenge the norm

·You will need to be a great presenter in front of the wider business

·You have outstanding interpersonal skills both internally and externally

·Enjoy working to deadlines
