Up to £35,000 + 33 days’ holiday + 30% OTE bonus + pension

Let’s hammer out the detail
As a Designate Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of a store. You’ll get to know your customers and learn what they want. You’ll also work hard to understand what makes your team tick. And then you’ll manage your store as you see fit to drive sales through outstanding customer service. Budgets, P&L statements, managing stock and improving profits are all part and parcel of the role. As is people management – as you’ll motivate and spur your team to exceed their targets and fulfil their potential. Ultimately, the store’s success will be down to you. And that will get you noticed. This is just the start of a promising future.
Your skills toolbox
We’re opening new stores all the time. That’s why we need managers-in-the-making to take their retail experience to the next level. And, once you’ve proven yourself, you’ll take control of your very own store. Our induction and product training will give you the confidence to do well. So, what do we need from you? A passion for retail is a given. You’ll also need proven business management skills, a talent for putting your customers first and the ability to bring out the best in your team. Other than that, you’ll need to have a similar outlook to your work. At Screwfix, we’re friendly, reliable, honest, hard-working and flexible. We do whatever’s needed to help us grow.
